Why Cycle Cote d'Azur loves the Col de Turini
Its one of the longest climbs you can reach from Nice on a day ride, you climb up to 1607m. It is a challenging climb up through fantastic and diverse scenery, including forests, waterfalls, rivers, remote villages, and a few small ski resorts at the top. You also get spectacular views of the Mercantour national park (the snow capped mountain range you can see from Nice) and we often see eagles flying above us.
